1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customized, hygiene-related, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing may take 5–10 business days).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer, wallet credit, or coupon code.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for sizing or product changes, subject to stock availability.
  • Customers may need to cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • In such cases, SyncSportsOutdoor will cover the return shipping cost.
